Kudos Training Solutions exists to raise the standard of care for some of the most vulnerable children and young people in the country — by investing in the people who look after them.
About us
A rare combination of compliance and care
We work with independent children's homes, residential special schools and fostering agencies that care for children with social, emotional and mental health needs, learning disabilities and complex health needs. These are demanding environments where the quality of care depends entirely on the knowledge, resilience and skill of frontline staff. Our training is designed to build exactly that.
Our pathways are aligned to the Kudos Training Calendar 2026 and structured around the journey of a carer — from a comprehensive eight-day induction, through foundation and specialist practitioner levels, to advanced and management development.
As part of the Kudos group, and a sister company to Kudos Compliance Solutions, we bring the regulatory and inspection expertise of a specialist compliance consultancy — delivered through practical, engaging, trauma-informed training.
