Our training pathways
Therapeutic care pathways, mapped level by level
Our training is organised into therapeutic care pathways, each built around the role and the needs of the children being cared for. Every pathway follows the same clear structure — a mandatory induction, foundation and specialist practitioner levels, and advanced management training — so development is planned and progressive.
