Education Pathway
Therapeutic, trauma-informed training for residential special schools and education settings. Built specifically for teaching and support teams working with vulnerable children — combining safeguarding and inclusion with classroom practice, behaviour and leadership development. Staff progress through a focused induction, a foundation stage completed in the first three months, further development over the following six months, and advanced and leadership programmes thereafter.
8-Day Induction (Education)
Mandatory First Aid & Physical Intervention; selected core courses in induction week.

- Days 5–6 — Physical Intervention (KIT accredited, 2 days)
- Days 7–8 — First Aid at Work (2 days)
