Education Pathway
Therapeutic, trauma-informed training for residential special schools and education settings. Built specifically for teaching and support teams working with vulnerable children, combining safeguarding and inclusion with classroom practice, behaviour and leadership development. Staff progress through a focused induction, a foundation stage completed in the first three months, further development over the following six months, and advanced and leadership programmes thereafter.
8-Day Induction (Education)
Mandatory First Aid & Physical Intervention; selected core courses in induction week.

- Days 5–6, Physical Intervention (KIT accredited, 2 days)
